Thank you for visiting my website. Here’s a little about me.
I was born in San Francisco, California. I’ve always loved making ideas come to life. In my younger years, I was fond of drawing comic strips and creating newsletters and staple bound books for my family to read. My first publication at age 10 was with one of my best friends, titled “Friends Forever” – a story about our similar and dissimilar tastes.
As a child, I remember watching my Ngeen Ngeen (Grandmother) tend to and harvest leafy greens and potatoes from her backyard garden to prepare meals for our family. I loved seeing how happy plants and gardening made her.
I went on to study Television and Film production at Loyola Marymount University and later studied Instructional Design. I enjoy traveling and spent some time working and living in Germany, Spain and China but have settled in the San Francisco Bay Area with my husband, two kids and growing collection of plants.
When I’m not doing something plant related, I collaborate with my children, who have been my greatest inspiration, to dream up ideas for future projects to do together.
