My love for gardening began when I was young. I have fond memories of watching my grandmother care for her garden, growing leafy greens and potatoes that she would harvest and turn into delicious meals for our family. I loved seeing the joy she found in tending to her plants and how much at home she seemed to feel in her garden. 🌱

Inspired by my grandmother and a family of gardeners, I’ve found that same joy caring for my own garden. There’s something special about getting your hands in the soil and watching the plants grow and thrive.

One day, while I was watering my plants, I noticed my child watching me. I began talking to the plants, and that simple, playful moment sparked the idea to create a world of talking plants in Sansevieria Sam Moves to Bloomsville.

When I’m not tending to plants, I enjoy biking, crafting, and coming up with fun ideas with my children. They are my greatest inspiration, and I love creating, exploring, and bringing our ideas to life together. That, and board games.
